Coach Ramsey’s Notes:  Sorry for the delay in getting these posted.  If I didn’t get your
name spelled right please let me know at Emporia.  I was very pleased with the effort shown

at this meet!  The next race at Emporia will tell us exactly where we are in relationship to
races in the past as the distance and course will be exactly the same as previous years.  There

will be several more individuals that run on our team at the race in Emporia.  Remember to
be drinking plenty of water.  Keep up the good work and follow the workout schedule as
closely as possible and you will definitely have a chance at my hair.  Yell if you have any
